Why this matters
Out of more than 300 librarians in Borno State, only a little more than 50 individuals have registered as members of the Nigerian Library Association, Borno State Chapter. The rest need to be encouraged, motivated, and guided to register.
The Membership Mobilisation Committee will launch membership registration campaigns — reaching libraries, schools, and institutions so that more colleagues join and strengthen the chapter.
Committee responsibilities
- Support and launch membership registration campaigns across Borno State
- Encourage and motivate unregistered librarians to join NLA Borno
- Guide applicants through registration and chapter membership steps
- Report progress to chapter leadership (Chairman / Secretary)
